Koh Kong Yai is an excellent local pinnacle dive site found on the northeastern side of Chaloklum Beach. The site can be unpredictable when considering visibility and current, however when conditions are favorable it can provide an amazing dive. The island has varying topography, with a max depth of 20 meters.

Southwestern (deep) side: Large soft coral and sea fans, barracuda and batfish. Shallow side: angelfish, butterflyfish, and similar marine life found around Haad Khom.
