This lighthouse is found on the southern tip of Cebu and is an amazing dive spot for beginners. You can get there easily from Santander, Liloan, or Oslob.
You will mainly see coral, reef fish, and macro specialties, but due to the proximity to Oslob, you have the chance for the odd whale sharks.
