Lomeček
Former amphibolite quarry (amphibolite is a hard rock, a mixture of metamorphosed igneous rocks), mining ceased in 1988. Dimensions about 200 x 20 to 50 m. Since 1996 it has been leased by the diving club Marine Domažlice. The former name is Maldives, now officially Lomeček.
At the southeastern, deeper end of the quarry there are schools of carp and bream. You can even see sturgeon and catfish, pike, pikeperch, perch, crayfish and mussels.
