Medhu Faru is located about 30 minutes south of Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi Private Lagoon Resort. The reef is attached to an island and starts at around 2-3 meters deep. From there it slopes to 30 meters and beyond. You will find some nice coral life between 20 and 25 meters as well as many beautiful reef fish.
Fusiliers are plentiful on the reef and Napoleon wrasse are often spotted. The sandy bottom is the perfect sleeping spot for all kinds of rays found in great abundance in Shaviyani.
