Located about 1.5 miles east of Portlligat, Illa Messina is a 12-25 m dive, punctuated by a 40 m-long rocky canyon in the submerged mountain.
Very rich in marine life: groupers, dentex (sars), conger eels, gorgonians, schools of flying fish. Weak currents and visibility often in excess of 20 m.
