MV Ovalau II wreck dive
MV Ovalau II was a 55m RORO car ferry operating in Fiji waters which sank on 26th August 2003 with no loss of life. She now lays upturned on the seabead in 23msw with 2 large pops being a central focul point. Wreck has lots of debris strewn around inc, toilets, basins, vehicles (cars & trucks), chain etc.
Plenty of hard & soft coral taking hold, schooling bluefin trevalley, grouper, nudibranch, pipefish, the occassional reef shark & plenty for the macro enthusiast with a keen eye.
