New Venture, a 250-foot surveying vessel, located 20 miles south of Orange Beach in 120 feet of water. The top of the structure is between 55 and 60 feet below the surface. A great dive site for those looking for a large intact wreck. There are large “cut outs“ on the sides of the vessel for an easy exit.
Blacktip shark, tuna, amberjack, Gulf flounder, Red/ Black drum, Bluefish, Red snapper, Grouper, and spadefish - plus a variety of crustaceans. Whale Sharks on rare occasions.
