Apo Island - South (Mabuti) (★4.6)

Apo Island is located far from the resort and dive centers on Negros island. From there it takes about 4 hours by boat. There is an entrance fee, but it is worth it.

Apo Island - Aladin (★4.6)

Aladin is a wall dive on the northeast corner of Apo Island, Mindoro Occidental. The dive site is accessible by boat from Pandan Island Resort (www.pandan.com).

Apo Island - North (Ego Wall) (★4.7)

Located at the northeast corner of Apo Reef, it can be considered as the most impressive dive site in the area. Big and small marine life, everything can be found here.

Corner (★4.6)

This dive site on the SW-side of Pandan Island consists of a steep slope with occasional big rocks and canyons that offer shelter to a wide array of reef fishes and attract predators such as mackerels and trevallys. There is a variation of different corals and big sea fans up to 2 meters diameter to be found.

House Reef (★4.4)

Depths 2 – 18m. Ideal for beginners, courses or a warm-up dive. No current ever. Still, a wide variety of coral fish can be seen. Nearby ‘Lion fish den’ consists of a group of corals & rocks.

Anchor (★4.5)

On an underwater hill at a depth of 32 m, completely overgrown by corals, a huge anchor has come to rest here at least 50 years ago. During the right time of the month, currents can be quite strong.

Neptunes Land (★4.6)

This dive site is a flat plateau connecting Napoleon Wall and the Coral Garden east. As the name indicates, Neptune cups to a considerable size can be found. Also turtles seem to favor this site.

Coral Garden East (★4.6)

This is an easy but beautiful dive. In a lively garden of mainly hard corals with patches of sand in between, all kinds of marine life can be observed at this beautiful spot.

Easy but beautiful dive. In a lively garden of mainly hard corals with patches of sand in between all kinds of marine life can be observed at this spot.

Napoleon Corner (★4.5)

At the end of the Napoleon Wall a rocky outcrop forms the Napoleon corner. Exposed to the current this divesite ranges from 30 to 45 meter and is exposed to the currents.

Trevally Rock (★4.8)

A group of outlying rocks at around 40 meters depth that is home to big schools of trevally. The big gorgonian fans are another attraction of this spot.

Barracuda Deep (★4.9)

Probably the most advanced dive around the island. The whole wall is overgrown with hard and soft corals and the gorgonians reach a considerable size.

North Wall (★4.5)

A sheer drop from about 7 - 35 m makes this an interesting dive site. Although not as many fish are seen as in other parts of the island, the overhanging corals create a very special atmosphere.

Napoleon Wall (★4.5)

At the deeper end of Neptune’s Land, there is a small wall with a depth ranging from 28 to 38 meters that is a popular gathering place for schools of snappers, rainbowrunners, and occasionally, napoleon wrasse.

Giant Clams/The hill (★4.4)

The name speaks for itself. This site is covered in Giant Clams. While there is some coral in the immediate area of the clams, it becomes more sandy bottom as you move away from them.

Manila Channel (★4.3)

Similar to the Batangas Channel but with a depth of around 26 meters. Remains of a shipwreck that caught fire and sunk hundreds of years ago can still be seen here. Also an ideal site for night diving

West Escarceo (★4.5)

This beautiful site is covered in brightly colored coral and is full of life. Weather and time of year can change this dive from a drift dive to a slow paced tour. Expect tons of fish and sea critters on this dive.

Sabang Point (★4.4)

A beautiful dive site just outside of Sabang. Currents are present depending on the tides. Visibility is always good. You can also see sharks here.

Alma Jane Wreck (★4.4)

A 30m long cargo ship that used to carry goods around the Philippines but, upon retirement, was stripped and scuttled for divers to enjoy as an artificial reef off Puerto Galera in 2003. Its wide beam and deep draft make it ideal for swim throughs.

A favorite dive site that is composed of three canyons running side by side. A must-dive in the area, it is for experienced divers looking for a taste of fast and furious.

Drop Off (★4.8)

Pinnacles reach the surface on the East side of Verde Island and drop away to great depths. A vertical reef with some nice gorgonian fans, sea snakes and frogfish and some large pelagic schools
