Ponta de Tubarão
★★★★☆
(30)
Also known as ’’Ponta do Morro Branco’’, it is a place totally different from others, at the foot of the mountains. In this particular case, you have to swim to the Open Water, between the 3 reefs. It has a max depth of 16m, with the average being between 11-13m. Rich in shoals, corals, gorges and small caves.
The big attraction of this spot are the nurse sharks, which in the mating season, can be found in the same spot, from 3 to 6m, with sizes varying from 1.5 m to 4 meters.
