SS Marcar
★★★★☆
(85)
With a maximum depth of 15 meters, the SS Marcar was a Liberty Ship built in the USA during World War II. The ship was suffering water leaks so it was stranded in Tarrafal, Santo Antão and later towed to São Vicente. In 1968 she sank in the Bay.
There is a large concentration of schools of small fish, especially at the bow of the ship. You can often find Rays around and frogfish of exceptional colors.
