Semakau West
Semakau island is now joint in the east with Pulau Sakeng via land reclamation. Only the western reef of the Semakau is available for diving. The Island has a very long stretch of very gradual slope. best to dive 200-300 m west of island. Visibility 3 - 5 m; Temperature 29 - 31 degrees Celcius
Generally sandy / silty bottom with many Giant hydroids some having Doto sp.. aka the kissing doto, both pink and yellow tip cereta
