Eagle Bay Lazarus island is South of Singapore linked to St John Island. Eagle Bay is a popular bay for boaters, Diving should focus on the island Eastern and Western island concrete breaker area. The bay centre is sandy up to the submerged breaker across the bay, beyond this breaker is silty. A couple of Nudibranch.
Along the breaker surface to 14 m, there are a few nudibranch. This is a usual site selected for clean up dives, as boats tend to drop / dump much garbage.
