Within 30 mins from Sai Kung Pier and Pak Sha Wan. Shelter Island is a site suitable for beginner divers. 3-5 meters depth is best for scuba diving where coral area is found. Beyond 6 meter is sandy/muddy bottom.
Goby fishes, scorpionfishes, clownfishes and a variety of macro themes can be found here. With shallow water, snorkeling is also one of popular activities here.
