Split Rock
Split Rock is a wall dive defined by a narrow, carved canyon that divides the reef. The site features a ledge and multiple headlands to the west, all characterized by prolific black coral growth. Numerous tunnels and swim-throughs weave through the reef wall, accessible via a split descent.
Abundant black coral, brain sponges, and tubulate sponges thrive here. Divers can observe brittle stars on sponges and coral polyps feeding on plankton in the common local currents.
