Tuna Alley

Found at the western side of Manta Bowl, Tuna Alley starts at a depth of 18 meters with ledges that gradually descend to 25 meters. This site is named after huge schools of skip jack tunas that go here.

It is not unusual to see a whale shark here since they tend to follow the schools of skip jacks as they race past the reef following their prey.

Also called Lighthouse Cove, this site is situated north of San Miguel Island. It is a cavern with half of the formation submerged in water while the other half is above the surface and home to numerous bats and swiftlets.
