Due to the storm surge barrier, there can be a strong current and a very short turn. The chance of poor visibility is therefore somewhat greater than in other places. You can dive quite deep here, but then you are in the shipping channel, which is not allowed. There is reasonable parking.
The proximity of the storm surge barrier not only affects us, but also the underwater life. Due to the presence of currents, life here is more diverse than further away.
