West Wall Buffs has a wall on the east side and a slope to the west. Popular for local swimmers, snorkelers, and divers. The underwater forest begins at the bottom of the wall. This is a good site to pracice wall diving and Perfect Buoyancy before your next ocean trip.

Freshwater fish life varies. There is abundant Long-ear Blue gills, Large and Small Mouth Bass, Striper Bass, Walleye, Blue Catfish, Channel Catfish, and Flat head Catfish.
