The Basic Freediver SSi course is your first step into the calm and exciting world of freediving. During this entry-level course, you'll learn everything you need to freedive safely with a buddy in a confined pool/basin, up to a depth of 5 m. Online training is combined with in-water practice sessions to provide you with all the skills and knowledge you need to become a safe freediver. The SSI Deep Diving Specialty will teach you everything you need to dive to depths between 18 and 40 meters, through a complex of academic sessions and open water dives. You will learn how to safely plan and complete your deep diving adventures and how to use computers and gas consumption calculations to get the most out of your deep dives. React Right is SSI's emergency first response course and provides you with the training and knowledge you need to act as a first responder in a medical emergency. In this flexible program, you can choose which topics you want to learn, including pre-assessment, first aid, BLS, and key stabilization techniques. You can also learn oxygen administration in diving emergencies and the basics of automatic external defibrillator (AED) use.
