The course consists of the following sections: Academic material you will receive from the dive center. On your SSI App phone or tablet, you can study on your mySSIApp online whenever YOU have time. You will also need to review questions per chapter with multiple choice options to check your understanding of the topic. A final exam must also be taken with a score of min 80%. You can study the academic course material before arriving in Dahab. Of course, we will review the important parts of the academic material with you once you start the course. The practical part of the course includes 6 confined-water sessions in shallow water. During these training sessions, your instructor will brief you on the skills, explain them and demonstrates them underwater first, then ask each student to repeat the skills one by one. We offer a personalized approach and let you practice each skill until you master every single one. In addition, you will complete 4 open-water dives during the course. Open-Water Dives 1 and 2 will be conducted to a maximum depth of 12 meters. Open Water Dives 3 and 4 will be conducted to a maximum depth of 18 meters. During these dives, you will need to demonstrate some of the skills you have learned and practiced during the confined Session. Optional Dive #5 may be used to practice specific diving skills again without extra cost. The Course duration is 4.5-5.5 full days to complete. The price includes the following:  Academic SSI course material incl. certification fee. Full scuba equipment such as wetsuits, boots, fins, masks (except prescription masks), regulator, BCD, dive computer, tanks (various sizes with no extra cost), weights, and transportation to and from different dive sites for the Open Water dives. The Open Water dive sites are selected by the Dive Center each day according to the Tidal current & Wind.  The price incl. 14% VAT, Coast Guard fees per day, and MoT tax.  The Instructor-to-student ratio: 1:3  Transfer to and from the dive site. The Dive Centre is located at the Lagoona of Dahab, with sandy beach and shallow confined area ideal for the first confined session. The Dive Centre provides Class room, sitting area between training session. bathroom & outside shower, rinsing pool for dive equipment, dry room with lockers, hotel beach bar for juices. One Free water 1.5 ltr from the dive center / day .        What to bring with you: Beach towel, swimming costume, swimming shorts, in case you have sensitive skin bring a lycra shirt, sandals or Flip flops, sunglasses, sunlotian. Suggestion: bring rehydration salt with you / electrolytes

The SSI React Right course is Scuba Schools International’s (SSI) official emergency first-response program.
