Dry suit diving opens up a myriad of possibilities, including diving in the desolate waters of the Arctic or exploring vibrant dive sites in cold waters. Using such a suit will keep you thermally comfortable while making multiple dives in a series and free you from putting on a wet suit several times a day. The SSI Dry Suit Diving specialization is the best way to get started in dry suit diving and will allow you to possess all the knowledge and techniques needed to dive safely and comfortably in a dry suit. You will learn how to use specialized equipment such as dry suits and jackets, the advantages of using dry suits and how to deal with emergency situations specific to this type of diving. Upon completion of the course, you will receive your SSI Dry Suit Diving specialty certificate.

The Extended Range course is the first major step in your journey to really deep dives. After the course, your depth limit will increase to 45 m, the possible decompression time is 25 minutes and the gases you can use for decompression are nitrox with high oxygen content or pure oxygen. In this course, the main emphasis is on perfecting your swimming technique in a two-bottle configuration, procedures specific to technical diving, and learning how to plan and execute dives requiring decompression. The course takes place in Dahab, Egpit.

In this specialization, you will gain the advanced skills and knowledge needed to navigate underwater safely and confidently. You'll learn how to use a diving compass, natural navigation techniques, estimating distance, how to swim away and return to a designated spot, and basic navigation patterns. You will also learn how to combine navigation techniques to enhance your enjoyment of your diving experience. This will improve your ability to observe effectively underwater, increase the safety of your dives and allow you to fully enjoy your dives. Upon completion of the course, you will receive an SSI Navigation specialty certificate.

The SSI Deep Diving specialization will teach you everything you need to know to dive in the 18-40 meter range through a combination of theory classes and open water dives. You will learn how to plan and safely fulfill your deep diving dreams. You'll learn how to use your dive computer effectively and learn the calculations involved in gas consumption to enjoy deep dives to the fullest. The SSI EXTENDED RANGE (XR) line of courses is designed to adequately prepare divers to push their limits - both in terms of dive time and depths reached. Proper training and preparation allows you to safely exceed 40 meters in depth and extend the dive time also by properly planned decompression stops. We invite you to the first course of the SSI EXTENDED RANGE path - EXTENDED RANGE FOUNDATIONS On this course, the main emphasis is on learning the new configuration (dives take place with a two-bottle set), procedures specific to technical diving, and learning and improving skills from previous courses - swimming techniques, trim and neutral buoyancy. The training is an introduction to technical diving and subsequent XR courses. But not only... it is an excellent training for any diver - regardless of whether he plans to dive technically or not, whether he plans to change from a single cylinder to a twine, side mount kit or closed circuit. At the training we improve our own diving skills, the acquired knowledge and skills will allow us to dive more safely and comfortably - the improved technique will allow us to move more efficiently underwater and reduce air consumption.

A weekend without Honoratka is a weekend lost... So we invite you to another diving weekend at Honoratka! We plan tourist dives for those who have taken courses and courses for those who are beginning and those who are developing. Honoratka is a body of water created after flooding an open pit lignite mine located a short distance from Konin. It is one of the most interesting dive sites in Poland in terms of rich littoral and submerged phantoms underwater. The local diving base is constantly developing infrastructure both above and underwater. Here you can see amazing coal rock formations, walls, a helicopter, a boat, a magical sunken forest, as well as the remains of small equipment from retreating miners. An underwater track through the forest, training platforms, walls, a caravan, etc. has been prepared. Also, a railing has recently been led to the deep part of the basin at +40 m, so divers with Deep Diver qualifications will be able to visit it and see what the organizers have prepared on the way to this depth. We meet on Saturday at 9.15 am at the base on Honoratka. A bus for those willing starts at 6.30 from our center on Jagny. We sleep in one of the two nearby hotels, with proven cuisine and a nice atmosphere allowing for evening integration. On Saturday between dives we invite you to a barbecue with meat and meatless snacks. On Sunday, we usually finish the second dive around 2 pm.
