The SSI Deep Diving specialization will teach you everything you need to know to dive in the 18-40 meter range through a combination of theory classes and open water dives. You will learn how to plan and safely fulfill your deep diving dreams. Upon completion of the SSI Deep Diving Specialization, you will be certified and will be able to explore beautiful deep dive sites around the world. This SSI Specialization is also required before other more advanced courses, so it is a natural step in your diving development.

Dry suit diving opens up a myriad of possibilities, including diving in the desolate waters of the Arctic or exploring vibrant dive sites in cold waters. Using such a suit will keep you thermally comfortable while making multiple dives in a series and free you from putting on a wet suit several times a day. The SSI Dry Suit Diving specialization is the best way to get started in dry suit diving and will allow you to possess all the knowledge and techniques needed to dive safely and comfortably in a dry suit. The SSI EXTENDED RANGE (XR) line of courses is designed to adequately prepare divers to push their limits - both in terms of dive time and depths reached. Proper training and preparation allows you to safely exceed 40 meters in depth and extend the dive time also by properly planned decompression stops. The Divemaster is the true master, the authority, the person to whom other divers will turn to on the dive and also the partner and right hand of the instructor. SSI Divemaster can become a diving instructor in the future - this is the first professional degree in the structures of this international organization. This is the course after which you will become a recognized diving professional, and during the course we will build your knowledge, skills and experience together. And after the course you will possess:Excellent knowledge of diving theory;excellent practical preparation;Knowledge of dive rescue principles;Skills to assist the instructor during training.

The Extended Range course is the first major step in your journey to really deep dives. After the course, your depth limit will increase to 45 m, the possible decompression time is 25 minutes and the gases you can use for decompression are nitrox with high oxygen content or pure oxygen. In this course, the main emphasis is on perfecting your swimming technique in a two-bottle configuration, procedures specific to technical diving, and learning how to plan and execute dives requiring decompression. The course takes place in Dahab, Egpit.

Odyssey is a beautiful and comfortable 43m long and 9m wide boat organizing Red Sea cruises, providing safety, professional service and a large number of dives ! This spacious boat has room for 28 passengers in 14 cabins. It is a boat we know very well and have been working with for years - spacious, safe, with a professional crew - both serving us on the surface and dive guides. And then there's the cuisine. If anyone is planning to lose weight on vacation - it's really not worth it this time ;) All of the 14 double cabins have two separate beds (some cabins have the possibility of double beds), air conditioning and bathrooms. The boat has a spacious salon, a large sun deck and also a comfortable diving deck. Odyssey also offers Nitrox for certified divers at no extra charge. The boat meets all required safety standards (radar, GPS, compass, radio, life jackets, oxygen, first aid kits, sonar). St. John's is a cluster of small reefs offering some of the most unforgettable views of underwater nature in the Red Sea. On Habili Ali Reef we will be able to admire giant gorgonians and black corals. On the western side of the Gray Reef live silverfin sharks and hammerhead sharks. Habili Gafaar is a mass of soft coral in which countless snappers fish, butterfly fish and barracudas live. In the north, we will visit St. John's Cave, an area where shallow cracks open into small caves. Fury Shoals are several reefs along the southwestern coast of the Red Sea, offering unique dives on some of the most pristine reefs in Egypt. Hard and soft corals and an abundance of marine life are the main attraction of the dive sites in this area. The most famous and spectacular one we'll visit is Fury Shoal Garden, and the last day of the safari will be spent at the famous Elphinstone Reef near Marsa Alam. This is one of the Red Sea's most legendary and exciting reefs has been attracting divers from around the world for years. The reef is shaped like a spindle, emerging from a depth of more than 100 meters. Eg dimensions are about 300 meters long and 30 meters wide. The top of the reef is already 1-3 meters below the surface, making it often visible from a boat. Elphinstone is one of the few places in Egypt where you can regularly see oceanic sharks - oceanic whitetip shark, hammerhead shark and gray reef sharks, barracudas, tunas, caranches and napoleons - a permanent cast.

Get started today - you must be a Divemaster or equivalent to join SSI's 3-step approach to SSI Instructor training. The training process begins by joining a combination of the Assistant Instructor / Instructor Training Course combined with Digital Learning. Upon successful completion of the Instructor Training Course (ITC), you will take the Instructor Evaluation (IE) to qualify as an SSI Open Water Instructor. This 10-day training program entitles you to teach various key SSI programs such as Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver, Enriched Air Nitrox, Diver Stress & Rescue and Dive Guide independently. For those who want to spend more time learning and gain valuable teaching experience between training programs, the 3 parts can also be taken as single steps - Assistant Instructor, Instructor Training Course (ITC) and Instructor Evaluation (IE) one after the other at your own pace and flexible schedule.

The Assistant Instructor credential is the next step after becoming a Divemaster on the instructor path. It will allow you to gain valuable training experience, practice briefings, teach theory and conduct in-water training. If you want to advance your career as a diving professional, you can complete the Instructor Training Course, pass the Instuctor Evaluation and become an Open Water Diving Instructor.
