Divemaster

The Divemaster program is the first step in an exciting journey. Earn the respect of your dive partners and become an ambassador for diving by participating in the Divemaster program. All you need to get started is 40 verified / logged dives and certification in Deep Diving, Navigation, Night & Limited Visibility or at least 5 logged / verified dives in each area plus Diver Stress & Rescue. Upon successful completion of the Divemaster program, you will be certified as a Dive Guide. If you want to turn your passion into a profession by guiding certified divers, teaching environmental programs, assisting instructors or even becoming an instructor yourself, the next step is the Divemaster Upgrade with a minimum of 60 logged/verified dives. Upgrade to Divemaster right away or at any time by studying the Science of Diving materials yourself, passing the digital Final Exam that makes you an SSI Professional.
