Freediver

Introduce yourself to freediving in complete safety with Free Diver training, while developing your comfort, relaxation and confidence underwater. This course teaches you the basics of freediving: breathing, immersion techniques, effort management and respect for your limits. Above all, it aims to help you discover the pleasure of freediving, in a progressive, controlled approach that respects your body and the marine environment. At the end of the course, you'll be able to dive with a buddy in the open water to a depth of 20 meters.

Scuba Diver
