Supervised diving without personal equipment is intended for Level 1 divers who do not have their own gear (wetsuit, buoyancy compensator, regulator, fins, and mask); they will use the equipment provided by the dive center.
If you are a self-sufficient diver but haven’t dived in a long time, you can take a guided dive.
