SSI Instructor Training Course (ITC)

Our Instructor Training Course (ITC) is designed to develop confident, knowledgeable, and professional dive leaders who are ready to teach divers safely and effectively anywhere in the world. The course combines academic sessions, confined water workshops, open water training, teaching presentations, rescue skill evaluations, and instructor-level dive theory.
Training is conducted by an experienced SSI Instructor Trainer in a supportive, small-group environment, allowing each candidate to receive personalized coaching and individual feedback throughout the program.

Prerequisites
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Be certified as an SSI Divemaster or equivalent
- Have at least 60 logged dives to begin the ITC
- Have at least 100 logged dives before attending the Instructor Evaluation (IE)
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Oxygen Provider certification (within the last two years)
- Medical statement clearing you for diving

9 days (plus 1 reserve day if necessary)
