The Basic Freediver SSi course is your first step into the calm and exciting world of freediving. During this entry-level course, you'll learn everything you need to freedive safely with a buddy in a confined pool/basin, up to a depth of 5 m. Online training is combined with in-water practice sessions to provide you with all the skills and knowledge you need to become a safe freediver. React Right is SSI's emergency first response course and provides you with the training and knowledge you need to act as a first responder in a medical emergency. In this flexible program, you can choose which topics you want to learn, including pre-assessment, first aid, BLS, and key stabilization techniques. You can also learn oxygen administration in diving emergencies and the basics of automatic external defibrillator (AED) use. Using a combination of academic sessions and hands-on training scenarios, this course will give you the tools and confidence you need for emergency response. Once certified, you will be able to act as an emergency first responder, provide first aid and BLS, administer oxygen, and provide support with AED in a medical emergency.
