In the Basic Diver SSI program, you'll learn the skills and knowledge you need to dive to a depth of 12 meters with an SSI Professional. The entire Basic Diver program can be credited towards the Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver programs within 6 months, so you can move on to the next stage of your diving adventure.

With e-learning, confined water and open water dives, the SSI Scuba Diver program is the perfect foundation for becoming a safe and confident diver. You'll learn everything you need to dive in the open water to a depth of 12 meters with an SSI Professional. In this program, you'll complete almost half of the Open Water Diver course and easily upgrade your certification. All you need to do is complete the remaining theory and confined water sessions, plus two open water training dives.
