The Perfect Buoyancy Specialty builds upon what you have learned about Buoyancy Control as a new diver and takes these skills to the next level. If you have seen your instructor hovering nearly motionless before and want to achieve that mastery, then this Specialty is a must-do. You will fine tune your breathing techniques and adjust weighting to hover motionless in any position and streamline yourself perfectly so as not to disturb the underwater world. No matter if you are an underwater photographer, enjoy watching marine life, or want to dive into wrecks or caves – buoyancy control is what you need to reach perfection.

In this course, you’ll master the use of maps, natural navigation techniques, compass skills, and other tools to confidently find your way through any underwater terrain, even in low visibility or strong currents. Dive Deeper with the Deep Diver Specialty In just two days at Crystal Dive, you can earn your Deep Diver Specialty and become certified to dive to depths of 40 meters. Training is conducted in small groups of up to four divers, where you’ll master techniques for exploring beyond 30 meters and learn to adapt to the unique challenges of deep-water environments. During the course, you’ll practice skills like underwater navigation, assess your reaction to nitrogen narcosis, and independently plan your final dive, preparing you for future deep diving adventures.

Join the SSI Science of Diving specialty and you will develop a complete understanding of the underwater world and its effects on the human body.
