This course allows you to learn about different diving topics before deciding on a full specialty course. It's a great way to learn what your Advanced training is all about and how valuable it can be for your diving adventures. The Advanced Open Water Diver course gives you the opportunity to try out five specialties. After a detailed briefing with your SSI instructor, you will complete one open water training dive for each specialty. This introductory diving course gives you the opportunity to discover all specialty courses. You can complete all specialty courses at a later date at any time and have your Advanced Open Water Diver training dive credited towards this.

Night dives require very different skills than daylight dives. The SSI Night Diving & Limited Visibility Specialty course is the best way to learn all about night diving and practice the techniques required to make you a safe and confident night diver. This course will give you all the knowledge and skills to dive safely and relaxed at night or in limited visibility conditions. In a balanced mix of online learning and open water dives, you will learn how to use special equipment, the correct entry and exit techniques and how to communicate with your dive buddy at night and in limited visibility. After completing the course, you will receive the SSI Night Diving and Limited Visibility Specialty certification and be ready to dive into the dark with confidence.

Take an Enriched Air Nitrox Specialty course if you want to shorten your surface intervals and extend your dive time. You'll spend more time exploring your favorite dive sites instead of waiting! The course will expand your diving knowledge to plan safe dives with enriched air mixtures up to 40% oxygen. After completing the course, you will receive an SSI Enriched Air Nitrox certification for 32% or 40%.

Dry suits are also great if you dive several times a day. Instead of struggling to get out of the cold, wet wetsuit each time, the dry suit diver simply leaves his suit on. The best way to dry suit dive is the SSI Dry Suit Diver Specialty course. Here you will gain the necessary knowledge and learn all the skills to dive safely and comfortably in a dry suit. This includes how to use the special equipment and how to deal with difficult situations and problems with the dry suit. At the end of the course you will receive the SSI Dry Suit Diving Specialty certification.

As a deep diver, you have the unique opportunity to explore some of the world's best dive sites and most popular marine life. There is so much waiting for you in the deep blue sea. In a balanced combination of theory sessions and open water dives, the SSI Deep Diving Specialty course will teach you everything you need for dives between 18 and 40 meters. You will learn how to plan and safely conduct your deep diving adventures and how to get the most out of your deep dives with the help of dive computers and gas consumption calculations. Upon completion of the course, you will receive your SSI Deep Diving Specialty certification and be able to explore the most beautiful deep dive sites wherever you want. This SSI Specialty is also a prerequisite for other advanced training courses, making it the next logical step in your diving education.

The SSI Perfect Buoyancy Specialty course is the best way to improve your buoyancy and experience perfect dives. Buoyancy control is one of the most important diving skills, but as any experienced diver will tell you, it takes time to perfect. In this course, you will learn advanced buoyancy skills and techniques to help you master your buoyancy faster. By improving your water position and optimizing your buoyancy control, you can reduce your air consumption and increase your bottom times. In this fascinating course you will also learn new skills to protect the underwater world, which can always be used. At the end of the course you will receive the SSI Perfect Buoyancy Specialty certification. Well-balanced, you will soon be gliding calmly through the water, taking the underwater photos you've always dreamed of or simply enjoying the weightlessness.

Search and recovery can be a challenge, but it can also be a lot of fun. This program provides the knowledge and skills necessary to safely plan and conduct search and recovery dives. You will learn about search patterns, specialized dive plans, underwater communication and how to recover small to medium sized objects using specialized equipment such as lift bags. You will receive the SSI Search & Recovery Specialty certification upon completion of this program.

Want to get the most out of your dive time and have fun underwater? Then discover diving with a DPV/dive scooter. In this course you will learn the skills and procedures to plan and carry out such dives safely. You will learn the special precautions for using scooters/DPVs, how to stay in contact with your dive buddy, how to check the rest of your equipment and how to enjoy your new diving experience with a DPV safely! Upon completion of the course, you will receive the SSI Scooter/DPV Diving Specialty certification and be able to dive with a scuba scooter/DPV to depths of up to 30 meters.

After an intensive week of work, we meet for a relaxed dive together at Lake Neufeldersee. The focus is not only on diving, but also on being together: a relaxed, sociable get-together with like-minded people. As a group, we spend a cozy evening with lots of laughter, good conversation and plenty of fun. You will try Deep Diving and Navigation as well as 3 other specialty areas before deciding on a full specialty training. It's a great way to experience what Advanced Open Water Diver training is all about and how valuable it can be for your diving adventures. During the Advanced Open Water Diver program you will learn about 5 different specialties by completing one open water training dive per specialty after a detailed briefing with your SSI Instructor. This program gives you complete freedom to explore everything. You can complete the entire specialty training at any time and receive credit for your Advanced Open Water Diver training.

Ein Scuba Skills Update ist aber nicht nur eine entspannte Methode zur Auffrischung deiner Tauchfertigkeiten, sondern häufig auch Voraussetzung, um die Tauchausbildung nach einer Auszeit wieder aufzunehmen. Wenn du dir in deinem Tauchurlaub keine Sorgen über deine Fertigkeiten machen und stattdessen lieber die Unterwasserwelt genießen möchtest, belege den Kurs kurz vor deiner Reise. Auch für Open Water Diver Schüler ist der Kurs optimal, um ihre Tauchfertigkeiten vor den Freiwassertauchgängen zu festigen. Durch die flexible Kursdauer kannst du dir die Zeit nehmen und dich auf deine Schwächen konzentrieren.
