SSI Advanced Open Water Diver – 2 Days in Koh KoodTake your diving to the next level with the SSI Advanced Open Water Diver course at Koh Kood Divers. Designed for certified Open Water Divers, this course helps you improve your skills, gain confidence and experience new types of diving while exploring the tropical waters around Koh Kood.During the course, you'll complete 5 training dives with an experienced SSI instructor. You'll develop your buoyancy, underwater navigation, awareness and overall diving ability, while gaining experience at greater depths.2-Day Program: Day 1: Three training dives focused on improving your diving skills, control and confidence underwater. We have daily trips throughout high season and our weekly schedule is Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun trip around Koh Kood, cost is 1000 THB per snorkeler & Tue/Thu/Sat Trip to Koh Rang Marine Park, cost is 1400 THB per snorkeler (incl 200 THB Marine Park Entry fee). Children under 9 are half price. Our boat departs from Bang Bao bay at 9am daily and for the Koh Kood trip should arrive back around 3pm and for Koh Rang trip we should arrive back around 5pm. The SSI Open Water Diver course is designed for beginners and gives you the knowledge, skills and confidence to dive independently with a buddy anywhere in the world.Your course combines online SSI theory, confined-water training and 4 open-water dives in the warm tropical waters around Koh Kood. We keep our groups small, with a maximum of 4 students per instructor, so you receive plenty of personal attention and time to become comfortable underwater.3-Day Program: Day 1: Confined-water training – learn and practice the essential scuba skills in shallow, protected water. Day 2: Open Water Dives 1 & 2 – put your new skills into practice and start exploring underwater. If you cannot decide which specialty programs are the best choice for you, join the SSI Advanced Open Water Diver program! You will try Deep Diving and Navigation plus a variety of 3 more specialty areas of choice before committing to full specialty training. It is a great way to experience what advanced diver training is all about and how valuable it can be to your diving adventures. During the Advanced Open Water Diver Program, you will experience 5 different specialties by completing one open water training dive per specialty after a comprehensive briefing with your SSI Instructor. By taking this program you will have total freedom to explore. You can complete the full Specialty trainings any time in the future and credit your Advanced Open Water Diver training towards them.
