3-Day Freediving Course to Become an Advanced Freediver

Take your freediving to the next level with the SSI Performance Freediver certification program. As the highest non-professional freediving course in the SSI system, this program is designed for divers who want to train with purpose, dive with precision, and progress with confidence. The Performance Freediver program combines structured academic learning with focused pool and open-water training. Built around six integrated sections—Performance Knowledge, Level Preparation, Skills, Equipment, Safe Freediving Knowledge, and Peak Performance—it connects advanced theory directly to real-world application. You will develop a deeper understanding of pressure physiology, performance preparation, mouth-fill equalization, equipment configuration, and advanced safety systems. Every lesson is designed to strengthen control, efficiency, and decision-making at performance depth. Whether your goal is deeper dives, refined technique, or preparation for the professional pathway, Performance Freediver provides the structure and clarity required to train smarter and perform better.
