Training is provided under the mentorship of highly experienced professionals, including an instructor trainer with over 55 years of diving and teaching experience, ensuring candidates benefit from exceptional guidance and real-world industry knowledge.Throughout the program, you will develop advanced diving skills, leadership ability and practical dive operations experience. Candidates will learn how to organise and supervise dive activities, conduct dive briefings, guide certified divers and assist instructors during training programs. A strong emphasis is placed on practical experience, meaning participants will often assist with real courses and dive trips under professional supervision.Training takes place both at the Central Coast Divers facility and at local ocean dive sites, including locations such as Terrigal Haven and other suitable coastal environments. This provides candidates with valuable experience in real ocean diving conditions and the opportunity to build confidence while working with certified divers and students.The program is conducted in English and typically delivered in small groups to ensure personalised instruction and mentorship.
