Begin your underwater explorations by enrolling in one of our Open Water Scuba Diver Classes. This is our entry level certification course where you will learn the fundamental knowledge and skills to safely dive in open water! This course includes in-person classroom time and e-learning review, pool dives, and 4 open water certification dives held over 2 days. Times may vary for certification dives, depending on weather conditions and location. Class dates don't work for your schedule? Ask us about our private scheduling options! Equipment required We provide all scuba equipment. Each student is required to have their own personal fit items which include a scuba quality mask, snorkel, fins (boots if open heel), weights, and SMB. Wetsuits may be required in the colder months and these are available for rent or for purchase. Students are encouraged to come in to get a private fitting session to make sure all the gear fits safely and comfortably. Each student can take advantage of our student discount on purchases before and during the course.

As a Nitrox diver, you can increase your bottom times and safety margins, plus shorten your surface intervals - so you can spend more time diving and less time waiting! In this program, you will learn new skills and increase your diving knowledge whilst learning how to safely plan and dive with enriched air mixtures of up to 40% oxygen. Upon completion, you will earn an SSI Enriched Air Nitrox 32% or 40% certification.
