En el curso de Cavern XR aprenderemos las bases para el buceo en cuevas, aprenderemos técnicas de propulsión dentro de la cueva, posición del grupo de buceadores, comunicación con luz, colocar una línea de guía para penetración a no más de 60 metros de la entrada y siempre con la luz natural de nuestra salida a la vista. También aprenderemos ejercicios de emergencia cómo fallos de lámpara, máscara, hinchador, buzo sin aire, salidas sin visibilidad (que son súper divertidas y que a su vez te hacen estar preparado para cualquier problema que puedas tener), etc.El entrenamiento lo hacemos en diferentes cenotes con el fin de que conozcas varios y que conozcas distintos entornos, cada cueva tiene lo suyo, su propia belleza.

You'll try Deep Diving and Navigation, plus a choice of 3 other specialties, before committing to full specialty training. It's a great way to experience what advanced diver training is all about and how valuable it can be to your diving adventures. During the Advanced Open Water Diver Program, you'll experience 5 different specialties by completing one open water training dive per specialty after a thorough briefing with your SSI Instructor. By completing this program you will have total freedom to explore. You can complete the full Specialty trainings at any time in the future and credit your Advanced Open Water Diver training towards them.

This program, which gives you an internationally recognized certification, is ideal to start your adventures as a certified diver. The combination of personalized training and practical in-water sessions ensures that you will have the skills and experience necessary to dive comfortably underwater. You'll earn your SSI Open Water Diver certification.

Exploring an indoor environment, such as a cavern or large wreck, is an exciting activity. However, getting traditional diving equipment through the confined spaces of these areas can be a challenge. By improving hydrodynamics with a sidemount configuration, adventurous divers can explore the tightest of spaces. The Extended Range Sidemount program teaches you how to use the sidemount configuration, as well as techniques for using the various stage cylinders effectively during decompression diving with this type of configuration. Upon completion of this program, you will earn SSI's Extended Range Sidemount certification, which will allow you to apply the Sidemount configuration to all other Extended Range programs.

Go further than ever before and learn to dive in the most demanding underwater environments. With SSI's Cave Diving program, you'll learn the procedures and protocols necessary to conduct single-path cave penetration dives. Depending on your previous certifications, during your training you may use a sidemount, bibottle or rebreather configuration. This SSI Extended Range Trimix training program is the core course from which all other open-circuit courses are derived. This program is the starting point of your exciting adventure to becoming a competent technical diver. Whether in sidemount or scuba configuration, this program prepares you to plan and conduct trimix decompression dives to a maximum depth of 45 m. You'll learn the techniques and procedures for using trimix and nitrox breathing gas mixes up to 100% oxygen for decompression. You will earn the Extended Range Trimix Diver certification after completing this program and increase your knowledge as a technical diver.

En el curso de Full Cave aprenderemos todo respecto a la navegación en sistemas de cuevas inundadas, te llevaremos a las más icónicas cuevas de ésta región y emprenderemos juntos éste fabuloso viaje de ida y vuelta al inframundo Maya. Te enseñaremos a hacer marcación para que tu buceo sea siempre seguro, hablaremos de los riesgos y de cómo evitarlos, trabajaremos en la forma correcta de hacer saltos entre unas y otras líneas, haremos cicuitos y travesías sencillos y de lo más complejos. Al final del curso te podemos llevar a conocer algunas de nuestras propias exploraciones, en lugares en los que sólo nosotros tenemos acceso.

As a Nitrox Diver, you'll be able to increase your bottom times and safety margins and reduce surface intervals, so you can spend more time diving and less time waiting. In this program you will learn new skills and increase your dive knowledge. In addition, you will learn how to plan and safely dive with enriched air mixtures of up to 40% oxygen. Upon completion, you'll earn your SSI Enriched Air Nitrox 32% or 40% certification.

The Divemaster program is the first step on an exciting journey. Earn the respect of your dive buddies and become an ambassador for diving by taking the Divemaster program. All you need to get started is 40 logged/verified dives and certifications in Deep Diving, Navigation, Night & Limited Visibility or at least 5 logged/verified dives of experience in each area plus Diver Stress & Rescue. You will receive the Dive Guide certification upon successful completion of the Divemaster program. When your interest is to turn your passion into a profession by guiding certified divers, teaching Ecology programs, assisting instructors or even becoming an instructor yourself, your next step is the Divemaster upgrade with a minimum of 60 logged/verified dives. Upgrade to Divemaster immediately or at any time thereafter by studying the Science of Diving materials on your own and passing the Digital Final Exam that makes you an SSI professional. The SSI Extended Range Fundamentals program gives you the opportunity to improve your advanced diving skills in one workshop. Learn more about using technical dive equipment with any full dive system for which you are certified and expand your basic skills to master buoyancy, trim, finning techniques, positioning and communication. The Extended Range Fundamentals program offers complimentary training to existing certifications to increase your confidence and control in the water. All in-water sessions are conducted in a pool or confined water environment at depths less than 12 meters. You will earn SSI's Extended Range Fundamentals certification upon completion of this program.

Exploring overhead environments like caves and wrecks is an exciting endeavor. However, squeezing traditional dive equipment into the tight spaces found within these areas can be challenging. Improving your diver trim and streamlining by using a sidemount configuration allows you to explore more constricted places than ever before. The Extended Range Sidemount program trains you to dive in a sidemount configuration, and the techniques required to use multiple stage cylinders carried for decompression diving efficiently and effectively. You will earn the SSI Extended Range Sidemount certification after completing this program and can then apply that configuration to all other extended range programs.
