The SSI Open Water Diver certification is the ideal way to learn to dive safely. The Assistant Instructor + Instructor Training Course (AI + ITC) is a comprehensive professional training program that combines two essential steps to becoming an SSI Dive Instructor. Becoming an SSI Specialty Instructor is easy. Continue your diver training as an instructor by enrolling in a Specialty Instructor Seminar for each diving specialty you wish to teach. You can also co-teach the specialty you're interested in with an experienced Specialty Instructor, or request verification of your experience and send it directly to SSI. Teach more specialties to automatically qualify as an Advanced Open Water Instructor.
