The SSI React Right program is SSI's emergency first response course, designed to provide the knowledge and practical skills needed to respond confidently and effectively to medical emergencies. Suitable for both divers and non-divers, this hands-on course teaches lifesaving techniques that can be used in everyday situations as well as diving-related emergencies. (SCUBA Travel)
During the course, students learn:
- Primary assessment and emergency scene management
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Basic first aid skills
- Primary stabilization techniques
- Emergency oxygen administration
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use

Prerequisites
- Minimum age: 12 years
- No diving certification required

Certification
