Stress & Rescue

In the SSI Diver Stress and Rescue course, you will learn the skills you need to protect yourself and other divers. You will learn how to recognize stress, prevent accidents, and be taught practical techniques for conducting rescues and administering first aid. By combining pool and open water exercises, you will become well prepared and confident in dealing with emergency and rescue situations. On completion of the course, you will receive the SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty certification.
