The SSI Snorkel Diver course lets you discover the fish in you! It's the perfect way to learn to snorkel, gain courage and confidence in the water and explore the fascinating underwater world and its marine life. You don't need to be an experienced swimmer to take part in the Snorkel Diver course and there is no minimum age requirement. You just need to feel comfortable in the water, be able to maintain your buoyancy and be ready to start the adventure of a lifetime! This course will familiarize you with the equipment and skills for your snorkeling experience and you'll even earn your SSI Snorkel Diver endorsement card!

This certification is recognized worldwide and is the best way to become a qualified diver on an adventure that will last a lifetime. The combination of personalized instruction and practical training sessions ensures that you gain the skills and experience of a confident, safe diver. At the end of the course you will receive the SSI Open Water Diver certification and you can join the OWD course at any time. The dates listed here are examples. All dates are discussed and agreed individually with the participants.

The Referral Diver program provides the student with the necessary knowledge and training to dive independently with an equally or higher qualified buddy in a pool/limited open water environment appropriate to their training. A student who has fully completed the theory and pool/limited open water training for the SSI Open Water Diver program may be issued the digital Referral Diver card with the goal of completing their open water training dives at a later date and/or at another SSI Training Center. The digital Referral Diver card is available in the student's MySSI account and their progress can be viewed by any affiliated SSI Training Center.

Take an Enriched Air Nitrox Specialty course if you want to shorten your surface intervals and extend your dive time. You'll spend more time exploring your favorite dive sites instead of waiting! With the course you will expand your diving knowledge to plan safe dives with enriched air mixtures up to 40% oxygen. After completing the course, you will receive an SSI Enriched Air Nitrox certification for 32% or 40%.

This specialty course provides you with the knowledge and advanced skills you need to navigate safely and confidently underwater. You will learn the correct use of the compass, natural navigation techniques, estimating distances, leaving and returning to a given point and simple navigation patterns. You will also learn how to combine navigation techniques to optimize your diving experience.
