With this specialty program, you’ll gain the advanced skills and knowledge needed to navigate underwater safely and confidently. You’ll learn how to use a compass and natural navigation techniques, estimate distance, leave and return to a designated point, and master basic navigation patterns. The Basic Freediver SSi course is your first step into the calm and exciting world of freediving. During this entry-level course, you'll learn everything you need to freedive safely with a buddy in a confined pool/basin, up to a depth of 5 m.
