SSI Extended Range Foundations
The SSI Extended Range Foundations course is the ideal choice for divers who want to hone their skills and develop a solid foundation for advanced, technical or cave diving. During the program you will work intensively on buoyancy control, trim, propulsion techniques, communication and teamwork, achieving greater efficiency, comfort and safety underwater.

Course Requirements
- Open Water Diver certification or equivalent.
- Minimum 24 logged dives.
- Good physical condition for diving.
- Certification in case you take the course with Sidemount, CCR or SCR configuration.
