La Colombara

★★★★☆ (1,308)

To the east of the channel leading to San Fruttuoso, an indentation in the Promontory wall provides shelter for numerous pigeons, which give the dive site its name. The dive begins on a 10-meter seabed, from where a wall starts that sinks to 36 meters. There are 3 caves.

At this dive site we can find red coral typical of the area, yellow daisies, groupers, “soft coral“ gorgonians, moray eels, and, for the lucky ones, pass fish.
