Tufia (Playa de Tufia) located just north of the Airport. A small beach/bay is accessed via a well maintained pedestrian road from the upper car park down to waters edge, this is quite a steep hill on the way back up, it will test your aerobic abilities for sure ;-) Depth ranges from 15-21m, recommend Open water +.
The Meteor or El Pajar wreck is the remains of a Russian hydrofoil that sank back in the early 2000’s. Seen the wreck is in the entry of a commercial port, it was destroyed in an attempt to keep the divers away. Despite this attempt, the wreck remains home to quite some wildlife.
The dive spot of Pasito Blanco is situated about five minutes from the sports beach in Pasito Blanco at the south of the island. The sea floor is like a rectangular morphology up to 60 meters long and 16 meters wide. A visit to Pasito Blanco to explore all the nooks and crannies can reveal a whole variety of life.
Arguineguin Reef, located just outside the port of Arguineguin, is formed by a long stretched rock reef. La Catedral is a boat dive between the port of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the Isleta. This is a deep dive suitable for advanced divers, where you will find caverns, tunnels, and backlights through which you can enter.
The El Perchel area is a pristine area west of Puerto de Mogan. Free from building activities, wildlife and nature are untouched. In one of the wall is a small horse-shoe like cave. Easy to visit for all levels.
Inverted wreck of which you can see the hull of the ship whose upper part is about 28 meters and the deepest part is about 35 meters. It has a length of about 60 meters.
Spanish freighter sunk due to a fire in the engine room in 1972. After the evacuation of the crew, she sank while being towed to port. With more than 100 meters in length, she lies on a sandy bottom at an approximate depth of 33 meters with her shallowest part at 20 meters.
This site contains wrecks of two fishing boats (the Arigansa and the Ceremona) which lay at about 19 meters deep in front of the port of Mogan. When diving the wreck you might have an encounter with the Yellow Submarine.
