This course is divided into three key parts: engaging digital theory, hands-on confined-water practice, and six awesome open-water dives at our beginner-friendly spots across Koh Tao.

The Advanced Open Water Diver course takes your diving further with deeper dives, night adventures, wreck exploration, and improved buoyancy—all while building confidence and maximizing fun underwater.Embark on the Advanced Open Water Diver Course in Koh Tao — a focused, exciting two-day journey designed to sharpen your skills and expand your underwater world. This hands-on course gets you straight into the water with five adventure dives: night dive, deep dive (up to 30 meters), wreck dive, underwater navigation, and perfect buoyancy. The certification unlocks dive sites around the world and allows you to dive to depths of up to 30 meters with greater confidence and awareness.

The Hang Loose Divers Instructor Training Course is designed for divers who want to become confident, capable, and responsible scuba instructors. Led by our in-house Instructor Trainer and SSI Award winner Mery Benigni — with more than 10 years of experience and over 300 dive professionals trained worldwide — this intensive, hands-on course goes far beyond exam preparation. The real focus is on shaping instructors who are truly ready to teach.
