These changes affect the physics of diving, nitrogen uptake and decompression planning and require appropriate preparation. During the course, participants learn the theoretical principles of altitude diving, including the effects of altitude on pressure conditions, no-decompression times, repetitive dives and surface intervals. Special emphasis is placed on the correct adjustment and use of dive computers and the planning of safe dive profiles under altitude conditions.
