At the end of the course you will receive the SSI Perfect Buoyancy Specialty certification. Take an Enriched Air Nitrox Specialty course if you want to shorten your surface intervals and extend your dive time. You'll spend more time exploring your favorite dive sites instead of waiting! With the course you will expand your diving knowledge to plan safe dives with enriched air mixtures up to 40% oxygen. After completing the course you will receive an SSI Enriched Air Nitrox certification for 32% or 40%.

Becoming a certified SSI Specialty Instructor is easy. Train as an instructor and register for any specialty instructor seminar you would like to teach. Alternatively, you can teach your desired specialty course together with an experienced specialty instructor or apply directly to SSI for a review of your experience. If you teach enough specialties, you will automatically qualify for your Advanced Open Water Instructor certification.

The SSI Instructor Training Course (ITC) is the decisive step on the way to becoming a professional diving instructor. In this practice-oriented course, you will learn how to conduct diving training safely, in a structured and enjoyable way. Together we will deepen your knowledge of teaching methods, diving safety, student supervision and the SSI training standards.During the ITC you will develop your skills in the pool, open water and classroom and will be optimally prepared for the subsequent instructor evaluation. The course combines theory, workshops and practical exercises so that you can teach confidently and professionally as an SSI Open Water Instructor.

The Divemaster program is the first step on an exciting journey. Earn the respect of your dive buddies and become an ambassador for diving by completing the Divemaster program. All you need is 40 verified dives and certifications in Deep Diving, Navigation, Night & Limited Visibility or at least 5 verified dives in each area plus Diver Stress & Rescue. Upon successful completion of the Divemaster program, you will be certified as a Dive Guide. If you want to turn your passion into a profession by guiding certified divers, teaching Ecology programs, assisting instructors or even becoming an instructor yourself, your next step is the Divemaster upgrade with at least 60 logged/verified dives.
