Just in front of Coco Grove resort, you will find a beautiful and colorful variety of coral and small fish. This site is easy to dive and not a lot of current. Aqualung North Point / Deep slope Malapascua (★4.2) “Deep Slope“ in Malapascua is a renowned muck diving and macro site characterized by a sandy slope that resembles a dune, typically ranging in depth down to roughly 28 meters. Mares Lapus Shallow (★4.0) The shallow part of the famous Lapus-lapus islet off the coast, of the tip of the north of malapascua island. It has the shallowest depth at 4-5m crawling down to the deeper side to 18-20m it is perfect for beginner and advanced divers looking to observe the marine life interaction in the reef. FANTASTIC DIVE, 6015 Lapu-lapu City Kontiki House Reef (★4.5) Kontiki House Reef Point is located 30 seconds away from Mactan Fantastic Dive Point and is a point where you can safely receive training in scuba diving, technical diving, and freediving. The distance to the wall is clear so it is very easy to get in and out. . The kitchen rope creates a safety border, making the Peter S. (#417559) Monad Shoal (★4.3) Monad Shoal is considered the best dive site in the world to see the rare and timid Thresher Sharks. These sharks normally live in the deep but regularly come here early in the morning for the cleaning station. Aqualung Quiliano (★4.3) Quillano is a colorful and easygoing dive site near Malapascua Island, known for its lively coral gardens, sandy channels, and relaxed diving conditions. Mares, Janez Kranjc Garden Eels (★4.5) The Garden Eel dive site in Alona, Panglao is a sandy slope near the reef where colonies of garden eels can be seen swaying with the current as they feed on plankton. The site is shallow to moderate in depth, best enjoyed with slow, calm diving, and is often combined with nearby reef areas rich in macro life. Mares, Janez Kranjc Panagsama Beach/Sardine Run (★4.4) Panagsama Beach is a world-famous dive site because of the sardine ball that can be found just a few meters below the surface within snorkeling distance from the beach. This is an amazing experience for all levels of divers. Aqualung Marine Sanctuary (★4.1) Saavedra Marine Sanctuary features a coral-covered slope leading to a dramatic wall drop from 18 to 55 meters. Known for massive gorgonian sea fans and diverse coral species, this protected site offers excellent macro and wide-angle opportunities for divers of all levels. Aqualung Lighthouse Reef (★4.1) A favorite night dive site in Malapascua found on the northern part of the island. The dive usually starts at dusk to enable divers to watch the Mandarin fish. Aqualung Bahura (★4.4) Bahura is one of the most diverse and rewarding dive sites in Dauin, located along the coast of Negros. The name “Bahura” means “reef” in the local dialect—fitting for a site known for both vibrant coral growth and exceptional macro life. Aqualung Punta (★4.4) The very first marine protected area in Dauin is also the most popular dive site due to its proximity and gentle slopes. This makes it the perfect spot for beginners. Scubapro, Stephen Frink Tingo (★3.8) giant sand flats leading to deep walls and cleaning stations. The site is exposed and is susceptible to winds and currents, with strong tidal flows often experienced. Mares, Janez Kranjc Los Bamboos (★4.3) 3-5m flat top reef and sandy patches with a sloping reef down to 16-17m a perfect dive site for courses either for open water, advanced open water or higher. Cebu J Dive Center, 6015 Lapu-Lapu City Kontiki Reef (★4.2) This is a great beginner dive spot in Mactan. Closely situated to the Airport, this is a beloved site by dive centers all over the small island, as it is the perfect location for courses,and refresher dives. Mactan Scuba Dive Centre, 6015 Lapu Lapu City Marigondon Beach (★4.2) An easy shore entry takes you to 3-8m/ 6 to 25 ft shallow reef ending in a vertical wall, descending to 40m+ depths. Ideal for all levels of divers, however care should be taken on outbound tides as the currents can be very strong. Mares Baha reef (★4.5) Just swimming distance from Dive Point Siquijor dive center there is a Baha Reef, reach with coral rocks, giant table corals and marine wild life. Excellent night dive here is guaranteed. Scubapro, Stephen Frink Gato Island (★4.5) Gato Island is a well preserved marine reserve and sea snake sanctuary. This is one of the five famous dive sites on the Island. The site is a tunnel where you take a tour underneath the island. This site is best for more experienced divers/ Mares Dakit Dakit (★4.1) Small rocks are coming out of the water and make a stunning atmosphere especially during sunset. Strong currents can be found at this dive site, but during other times of the day it is a perfect dive site for check-up dives, open water and advanced divers. Dive Point Siquijor, 6227 San Juan, Siquijor Sawang (★4.4) This site has large boulders full of corals and marine life. Afterwhich, the bottom slowly changes to a sandy slope which leads to a small wall filled with coral. Mares Tambisan Wall (★4.2) A very relaxing and comfortalble dive. Great for every level of diver. Beautiful coral gardens. You will find the special black coral trees in the area. Mares Alona Reef (★4.4) Wreck dive locally called the Hagabat Wreck or Bohol Divers Wreck. Usually starts with a descent down a line close to a wall and then down the slope to the wreck. The top of the wreck is at 28M and the bow of the wreck is at 37M. Mares, Predrag Vuckovic Danao Wall (★4.4) Danao Wall on Panglao Island, Bohol is a top dive site with vibrant corals, sponges, and sea fans on a dramatic wall that drops beyond 60m. Most dives stay around 15–25m, where visibility is excellent and volcanic rock formations add to the beauty. A must-dive in the Philippines. Scubapro Deep Rock (★4.0) 10 minutes of Malapascua port to the north side, a deep rocky pinnacle perfect for expert diving looking for intermediate to strong current on tide changes, going down to top of the pinnacle at 14m down to the deepest part at 34m Aqualung Katipanan Reef (★4.5) A great dive site for new divers. This site is very easy to dive and the coral and sea turtles will just take your breath away. A beautiful slope that lets you see the far reaching coral gardens and if you look close, you will have the chance to see nudibranchs and a lot of colorful reef fish. Mares Tuble Sanctuary (★4.3) Tuble Point is a wall dive site featuring vertical cliffs, caves, and healthy coral reefs that drop from 3m to 40m. Highlights include sea fan forests, small caves, and the chance to see large fish like tunas and jacks. Visibility ranges from 10–22m, ideal for all levels. Mares, Janez Kranjc Evo Reef (★4.4) The Evolutionary House Reef (Evo Reef) in Malapascua, managed by Evolution Diving Resort, is a premier muck diving site known for macro life, artificial structures, and excellent night diving, located near the shore. Stephane C. (#3858207) Coconut Point (★4.5) A virtual washing machine experience awaits you at Coconut Point, an exciting dive site on the northern tip of Apo Island. The current can come at you literally from any side left, right, up, down & center. A sloping reef edging towards a rock wall. This site is best for experienced divers. DIVESTORY CORPORATION, 6015 LAPU - LAPU Pescador West / Cathedral (★4.4) Pescador Cathedral is a cave that has a vertical swim through offering views of the surface. The depth ranges from 5 to 65 meters with a visibility of 20 to 50 meters. Its chimney continues to around 16m depth. Dive Point Siquijor, 6227 Maite, San Juan Republika Coral Ridge (★4.8) Just in front of Republika Beach Bar is an area with abundance of corals which slowly goes down. Diving directions SWW you come to a ridge, with the deepest depth of 24m at the SWW end. Top of the ridge is 10m below the surface. Aqualung Caticugan Marine Sanctuary (★4.6) Marine protected area off Siquijor Town with seagrass meadows (3–5 m), dense coral reef, and a sloping bottom down to approximately 30 m, partly with wall structures. A calm spot, best season June/July–December, suitable for beginners and advanced divers. DIVESTORY CORPORATION, 6015 LAPU - LAPU Pescador East (★4.4) Pescador Island’s east side, near Moalboal, Cebu, features a dive starting at a 5m plateau descending to 65m along a coral-covered slope. The dive concludes on a plateau rich in small marine life, also ideal for snorkeling. BLUE MONSTAR, 6015 Lapu-lapu City Abaca House Reef (★4.4) Blue Monsta Houseleaf is a five-minute drive from Maktan Newtown and you can see a variety of marine life, especially turtles, trigger fish, grouper, crown fish, trumpet fish, sardines, fan coral and seahorses. HB ANDA SCUBA DIVING CENTER CORP., 6311 ANDA Virgen west (★4.8) Virgen West is located in the middle of the Virgen marine sanctuary. The top of the reef starts around 5m and the drop off go down until 30m. On the bottom its interesting sandy slop. Dive Point Siquijor, 6227 San Juan, Siquijor Johnlhea Coral Garden (★4.7) One of the most popular shore entries in Siquijor is 1,3 kilometers south of San Juan town center. You will find on the right side the John Lhea Resort sign board. Turn in and check in at Dive Point DC which is located there for a shore dive in Coral Garden. A great site for a night dive. Mares Masaplod Sur, Dauin Negros (★4.4) Masaplod Sur, also know as Kagamas is a mix between reef and muck. You’ll find some patches of corals in the middle of the typical volcanic dark sand of Dauin. Analynne S. (#3245254) SILVER REEF HOUSE REEF (★4.6) Gentle slope reef with a lot of yellow tail Snappers, resident Green Turtles and Hawksbill turtles. The site is a combination of sandy slopes, seagrass beds, and a coral reef. with lots of macro critters Mares Atlantis House Reef (★4.4) Located directly in front of Atlantis Dive Resort, the Atlantis House reef is a combination of sandy areas, artificial reefs, coral reefs, and seagrass beds. Mares Sahara Deep (★4.5) Sahara deep is a muck diving site where you can dive in the famous dark sand of Dauin to search for small creatures.You’ll also find some artificial structures like small boat wreck, a mustang’s wreck. E&Z Diving Center, 6015 Lapu-lapu City Marigondon Cave (★4.2) Marigondon Cave is the most exciting dive along the coast of Mactan Island, Cebu. It has a roof at around 29m/95ft and a floor of at about 40m/133ft. the diameter of the cave is near 10m/33ft. At the entry there is a small alcove. Sidemount or Twinset is a must diving in the area. Mares La Tortue Muck Site (★4.6) Excellent mix of sandy, shallow flat sea grass and sloping sandy muck dive area that’s promising for great macro finds. Either day or night dives, this site never disappoints macro enthusiasts. Mares, Janez Kranjc Mystic coral garden (★4.7) The entry is walking, the approach is shallow for approximately 50 meters and the coral reefs start to drop off, it varies 6 meters to 30 meters to a gentle slope. The dive can be done in two sessions left and right, both completely different in topography. Hans E. (#3545391) El Dorado (★4.7) This is a favorite dive site for divers looking for dense fish. It is a coral recovery and conservation site that features different types of Artificial Reef designed to encourage coral growth. It is now home to a wide variety of fish species and coral species. Mares, Predrag Vuckovic Pantaw Pantaw (★4.4) Pantaw-pantaw is a newly discovered dive site in the island. Jumping from the boat you will find yourself on a platform at 8/10 meters depth, full of colourful soft corals, small shrimps and strange flatworms. Mares Dive Point Coral reef (★4.7) It is located short swimming distance from the shore, just in front of Dive Point diving center. Drop of starts in coral rocks area at 5-6m and falling down to 25m. Fields of staghorn corals characterize this location in deeper part. Atlas Divers-Philippines Inc., 6013 Daanbantayan Mangrove (★4.4) Mangrove is a great dive site for open water training with an average depth of 8-10m and a maximum depth of 14m. There is a nice sandy area and a patch reef. Mares Dakit Dakit Pinnacle (★4.4) Dakit Dakit Pinnacle is about 5M deep at the top and then stands up to 12-14M and has the diameter of the top is 20M. Covered with nice hard and soft corals including table corals and big rocks with nice growth. Atlas Divers-Philippines Inc., 6013 Daanbantayan Pasil Reef (★4.5) Pasil Reef is a nice sandy area suitable for muck diving. Also it is great site for night diving. Max depth is around 16M.
