Its a very well visited divesite. Scubapro Batok (★4.5) Behind Sombrero Island, Batok features a sloping reef and a wall that starts at 12 metres, both decorated with lush corals and diverse marine life. E&Z Diving Center, 6015 Lapu-lapu City Cordova reef (★4.2) Cordova Reef is a 15mins boat travel from EZDC Housereef. A slope terrain from shallow up to 21m/67 feet, then wall. Good for beginner and Advanced level divers. Mares, Janez Kranjc Giant Clams/The hill (★4.4) The name speaks for itself. This site is covered in Giant Clams. While there is some coral in the immediate area of the clams, it becomes more sandy bottom as you move away from them. Hans E. (#3545391) Chapel Reef (★4.5) The Catholic Chapel at Apo Island can be seen from the dive site, hence the name. A stunning dive site that begins as a slope with scattered coral bommies leading to a steeper slope towards a wall overloaded with nook, crannies, cracks, crevices & caverns exposing overhangs graced by soft & hard corals. Mares, Janez Kranjc Manila Channel (★4.3) Similar to the Batangas Channel but with a depth of around 26 meters. Remains of a shipwreck that caught fire and sunk hundreds of years ago can still be seen here. Also an ideal site for night diving Mares Alona Reef (★4.4) Wreck dive locally called the Hagabat Wreck or Bohol Divers Wreck. Usually starts with a descent down a line close to a wall and then down the slope to the wreck. The top of the wreck is at 28M and the bow of the wreck is at 37M. Mares, Predrag Vuckovic Danao Wall (★4.4) Danao Wall on Panglao Island, Bohol is a top dive site with vibrant corals, sponges, and sea fans on a dramatic wall that drops beyond 60m. Most dives stay around 15–25m, where visibility is excellent and volcanic rock formations add to the beauty. A must-dive in the Philippines. Mares, Janez Kranjc Evo Reef (★4.4) The Evolutionary House Reef (Evo Reef) in Malapascua, managed by Evolution Diving Resort, is a premier muck diving site known for macro life, artificial structures, and excellent night diving, located near the shore. Aqualung Malayan (Wreck) (★4.4) A story goes around that in the 70s ‘Malayan,’ a fishing vessel got the heavy brunt of a strong typhoon & smashed onto the shallow reef top at the southwest side of Tubbatahas’s north atoll. It is now called the Malayan Wreck and has settled on the shallow reef top. Mares Wall Street (★4.4) Further down south along the wall that starts off at Malayan Wreck, ‘Wall Street’ gives credence to its name, a steep wall that plunges deep down 50 – 60 meters & a wonderful colorful coral garden on the reef top at 3 – 5 meters great both for beginning & ending dives. Scubapro, Stephen Frink Amos Rock (★4.5) This site is called Amos Rock due to a distinct rock formation on the reef top at 5 meters where schooling midnight snapper converge. Amos Rock is an alternate dive spot when Amihan winds are blowing at full force, forbidding access to eastern dive spots. Mares Rock Point East (★4.6) Rock Point East is a finger-shaped reef located on the southeast corner of Apo Island, primarily exposed to prevailing currents ensuring an abundance of reef fish, colorful coral formations, and occasional visits from pelagic species. DIVESTORY CORPORATION, 6015 LAPU - LAPU Pescador West / Cathedral (★4.4) Pescador Cathedral is a cave that has a vertical swim through offering views of the surface. The depth ranges from 5 to 65 meters with a visibility of 20 to 50 meters. Its chimney continues to around 16m depth. Mares, Janez Kranjc Delsan Wreck (★4.5) Delsan is considered a top 50 dive destination on the planet. The reef top starts at 5 meters and gently slopes toward the edges of a wall to 23 meters where a crevasse plunging to 40 meters becomes a refuge from the raging current. Mares, Janez Kranjc Beatrice Rock (★4.4) Situated at the back of Sombrero Island, this site is an underwater hill that has an abundance of vivid colors and schooling fish. Aside from the blue water ascent, divers may also experience the roaring current that it is known for, making this site a bit challenging. Mares, Predrag Vuckovic Momo Beach (★4.5) A peaceful and scenic dive site known for its calm conditions and divers habitat. The site features a gently sloping sandy bottom interspersed with coral patches, seagrass areas, and small reef formations. Depths are generally shallow to moderate, making it suitable for beginners, training and relaxed dives. Scubapro Layag Layag (★4.5) Layag-Layag is a well-known dive site in Anilao, within the province of Batangas. It is especially popular for its combination of sandy slopes, coral patches, and excellent macro life, making it a favorite among underwater photographers. Aqualung Medicare (★4.5) Right in front of the Medicare facility on land. A mild current allows you to cover both dive sites. A steep rocky slope descends to 20 meters on Medicare South moving deeper to 25 – 30 meters towards Medicare North. Mares Ko-Ok (★4.4) An underrated dive site where tiger shark encounters have been recorded. Undulating sun rays filtering through the asymmetrical arrangement on the steep wall where the reef top starts at 3 meters plunging to incongruent depths lend beauty to Ko-Ok a kin to an abstract Picasso piece of art. Aqualung Black Rock (★4.6) One of the few known reef manta cleaning stations in Southeast Asia where cleaner wrasse serve to remove dead skin off the mantas’ body. This site is called Black Rock because of a rock at 8 meters where one of the buoys are set up. Scubapro, Stephen Frink Triggerfish City (★4.7) The reef top starts at 5 meters going west inwards where red tooth triggerfish converge, hence the name. Though titan triggerfish are also around to pick up a fight with the unsuspecting diver during nesting season. Mares, Predrag Vuckovic Staghorn Point (★4.7) Starting at 7 meters, undulating fields of staghorn coral extending to about 500 meters creep to the edges of a wall that plunges deep at Tubbataha. Mares, Predrag Vuckovic Tangka-an Point (★4.5) A peninsular dive spot on the southern tip of Padre Burgos. Exposed to a 3 sided waterfront from the south, east, and west make for a good drift dive when the currents pick up. Mares, Janez Kranjc Tangub Bay (★4.6) The entry welcomes you at 4 meters where the topography is a mixed coral garden of soft & hard corals, the reef then slopes down steeply angled at 25 – 35 degrees all the way to 30 meters. Virginia Scuba, 20109 Manassas West Escarceo (★4.5) This beautiful site is covered in brightly colored coral and is full of life. Weather and time of year can change this dive from a drift dive to a slow paced tour. Expect tons of fish and sea critters on this dive. Mares, Janez Kranjc Cathedral (★4.4) This dive site is home to an underwater landmark cross that was installed by none other than former Philippine president Fidel V. Ramos. The cross is situated between two big rocks at around 18m/60ft. and is decorated with soft corals. E&Z Diving Center, 6015 Lapu-lapu City E&Z DIVE CENTER (★4.8) EZDC House reef is a white sand beach good for swimming, snorkeling and confined Open Water Diver training. It is a slight slope from shallow 3m/9.6feet upto 18m/59feet. A place rich for macro and wideangle photography. Cebu J Dive Center, 6015 Lapu-Lapu City Gilutungan Coral Plateau (★4.1) Hilutongan is 30mins. away from Jpark Marineboy Dive Center via Speedboat, and it is under the Municipal of Cordova, it is a small island close to Nalusuan E&Z Diving Center, 6015 Lapu-lapu City Gilutungan Marine Sanctuary (★4.3) Gilutongan Island, also called Hilutungan Island, Hilotongan Island or Lutungan Island, lies 30 minutes by banka boat from Mactan Island. The island is home to numerous coral reefs and sea grass meadows. Aqualung Coraya Divers Camiguin Housereef (★4.2) The Coraya Divers Housereef is located about 200 meters along the sandy beach from Balai sa Baibai Dive Resort. With a maximum depth of 6m it is a perfect spot for the first Open Water Diver confined sessions and introduction dives. Aqualung LIGHT HOUSE (★4.4) This lighthouse is found on the southern tip of Cebu and is an amazing dive spot for beginners. You can get there easily from Santander, Liloan, or Oslob. E&Z Diving Center, 6015 Lapu-lapu City Marigondon Cave (★4.2) Marigondon Cave is the most exciting dive along the coast of Mactan Island, Cebu. It has a roof at around 29m/95ft and a floor of at about 40m/133ft. the diameter of the cave is near 10m/33ft. At the entry there is a small alcove. Sidemount or Twinset is a must diving in the area. Aqualung La Tortue House Reef (★4.8) Located at the southern end of the Dauin Poblacion District 1 Sanctuary, it offers amazing diving for beginners, advanced and expert divers with both muck and a big, healthy reef. There’s also a mini reef at 30m for Advanced Divers to enjoy. Mares, Predrag Vuckovic Kilambing (★4.8) Kilambing is a diver’s paradise featuring a vibrant hard coral garden and a sloping seabed reaching a maximum depth of 20 meters. It is a coral recovery and conservation site that features different types of Artificial Reef designed to encourage coral growth. It is now home to a wide variety of fish species and coral species. Mares, Janez Kranjc Ranger Station - Tubbataha Reef (★4.5) Noth Atoll - Steep walls, incredible and untouched coral formations, large schools of fish, sharks and large pelagics. An incredible dive for experienced divers. Mares South Park - Tubbataha (★4.5) Noth Atoll - Steep walls, incredible and untouched coral formations, large schools of fish, sharks and large pelagics. Scubapro, Stephen Frink Kilambing South (★4.8) Kilambing South is located very close to the sand bank White Island, offering an extraordinary underwater experience amidst the crystal-clear waters of Camiguin. With its diverse marine life and pristine coral formations, this site promises an unforgettable journey beneath the waves. Mares, Predrag Vuckovic Mantigue Turtle Point (★4.7) Dive into the inviting waters of Mantigue Island and discover a dynamic underwater landscape.
