Hydravion et Goelett (★4.3)

One of the few wreck sites in Polynesia. You will explore the wreckage of the Catalina PBY-5A, given by the US Navy to the RAI (Régie Aérienne Inter-insulaire, the ancestor of Air Tahiti) and flown in the Polynesian air in the 1950s.

L’ile bleue/Blue Island (★4.6)

An isolated peak in the blue that we call Blue Island. At the entrance to Cook’s Bay, this dive is done when visibility is good and requires swimming in the blue before ascending into the coral canyon.

Temae (★4.4)

At Temae, an easy-to-explore dive that starts on a coral plate at 15m before descending a gentle slope with several tongues of sand with sharks. Have a look in the blue, schools of fish are never far!

Mur de corail/Coral Wall (★4.5)

Located just outside of Opunohu’s Bay, you’ll dive between coral canyons and gentle slopes, offering dives accessible to all in depths of 15-20m.

Beautiful opening in the reef. A lot of verticality when arriving at the St. Etienne Drop-off. The upper part of the drop-off is very lively, with plenty of fish and turtles. A magnificent dive, especially with good visibility.

La Source, Tahiti (★4.5)

The site owes its name to a freshwater spring emerging from the depths of the ocean. It gushes out at 5-6 meters below the surface and is easily visible due to the column of fresh water escaping from it. This is what is called a halocline. This site is well-known in Tahiti for turtle watching.

Its a dive site 10 minutes max by boat, and runs from north to west, but is exposed to waves and sometimes current. Going there will always depend on the weather conditions.

The Canyon dive site is located off the mysthical Ōpūnohu Bay in Moorea. The underwater life is varied : anemones with clown fish, turtles or even black tip sharks.

This site takes the form of a vast amphitheater created by the collapse of a portion of the underwater plateau. Divers have two exploration options, one at the southern end of the arena and the other at the northern point. The depth of the site ranges from 8 meters to 40 meters.

This wall starts at 5 meters, after crossing a beautiful coral plateau and then, at about 25m, you will find a beautiful cave that looks strangely like a church door.

This reef drop-off is covered with gorgonians and soft coral. Without fail you’ll see schools of chubs and paddletail snappers at a depth of 20m. In the deep blue you might just meet mackerel scads being chased by bonito or tuna. Spadelfish (paraha peue) are regular to this spot!

This is the name of the river which flows down from the valley. Here you will discover an overhanging reef covered with gorgonians. You can also spot white-tipped sharks fast asleep. Ocean diving up to 50m.
