The site is characterised by exceptional coral health and remarkable fish biomass, with immense schools of fusiliers—often numbering in the thousands—creating the illusion of an underwater storm. Depth ranges from 7–23 metres, making it suitable for a wide range of certified divers under appropriate conditions.

Large groupers, breams, angelfish and other reef inhabitants add to the spectacle, making this one of the most vibrant shallow reef systems in the region.
