Halfmoon bay is situated on the east coast of Saudi Arabia in ALazeezia ALKhobar. The entry is via shore. The maximum depth is 7 meters. Usually there is no current. It is a very ideal place for open water training. Visibility is challenging at times which makes it ideal place for navigation and night diving.

Schools of angelfish are constant sighting in addition to snappers. Large groupers can be seen occasionally as well as crabs and Seahorses. Upside down jelly fish also in abundance.
