This Scuba Skills Update course allows you to review and practice the diving skills you learned in the Open Water Diver program, under the supervision of an SSI professional. This is a great course to take before your diving vacation, so you can spend less time worrying about your skills and more time admiring the marine life. If you are a non-certified Open Water Diver student, Scuba Skills Update is perfect for practicing your diving skills before your open water training dives. This course has no fixed format because it can be tailored to your needs and the skills needed to be reviewed (for example, rescue, dive guide or simply open water skills). Dive Experience - CAS Academy This experience is for those who are curious about the world of scuba diving, and want to experience what it feels like to breathe underwater for the first time. At CAS, the experience is not only offered as a recreational activity, but as a structured and safe introduction to the world of diving, where comfort is built and learning is progressive. The session begins with a simple explanation of breathing and equipment, then hands-on training in shallow water, and after ensuring comfort, participants are taken on a short underwater tour with direct supervision from the instructor. The goal is not just to experience, but to feel comfortable, in control and aware underwater. Total Duration: 2-3 hours Dive time: 30-45 minutes Location: Half Moon Beach The experience is suitable for beginners, and may be the first step for those who want to learn to dive deeper. Part of the experience fee can be included in the open water course fee.

As a Nitrox diver, you can increase your bottom times and safety margins, plus shorten your surface intervals - so you can spend more time diving and less time waiting! In this program, you will learn new skills and increase your diving knowledge whilst learning how to safely plan and dive with enriched air mixtures of up to 40% oxygen. Upon completion, you will earn an SSI Enriched Air Nitrox 32% or 40% certification.

The Dive Guide program is the first step on an exciting journey. Learn to safely lead certified divers in various environments and conditions. This is your entry to the professional world of scuba divers. By giving dive briefings, doing site evaluations, and leading dives, you will become a confident Dive Guide in no time. Begin your diving career working as a Professional Dive Guide and learn how to organize scuba diving trips and how to become a productive member in a very busy scuba center. You can also get another certification and become training specialist and teach beautiful courses about the ocean and the marine life. This course also qualifies you to enter instructor training course.This course can be for any diver who wants to become more confident and has environmental awareness, and not necessarily make a career out of it. In this specialized program, you'll gain the advanced skills and knowledge you need to navigate safely and confidently underwater. You will learn how to use a compass and natural navigation techniques, estimate distance, how to leave and return to a given point, as well as basic navigation patterns. You will also be taught how to combine navigation techniques to enhance your diving experience. All of this enhances your underwater observation skills, improves the safety of your dives and helps you get the most out of each dive. Upon completion, you will be awarded the SSI Navigation Specialty Certificate. The program is 2 parts - Academics: 1 day we learn about natural and compass navigation. The SSI Extended Range Foundations program provides you with an opportunity to enhance your advanced diving skills in a workshop environment. The Extended Range Foundations program provides supplementary training to existing certifications to increase your confidence and in-water control. The Assistant Instructor rating is the next step after becoming a Divemaster along the scuba instructor pathway. It allows you to collect valuable teaching experience, practice briefings, teach academics, and conduct in-water training. You want to do this slowly to enjoy the journey and have experience before becoming an instructor, actually that is a good plan. You can pace your self and your budget. You can then participate with us in teaching different courses and whenever you feel ready, take that next step to become an instructor.

Professionals are expected to read the materials before starting the course. Commitment to the time table is of outmost importance. The IE scheduling will be discussed after 2 weeks from course commencement to ensure progress and adequate preparations.The course fees does not include the digital materials, SSI registration and exam feesProfessionals are expected to have their full gear.
